Tea tree oil is essential indeed! I appreciate this oil so very much. It is invaluable when there is yeast discomfort — works like a charm. I try to always keep it with me.

Great for gum and oral
My consulting physician recommended a drop or two of Tea Tree Oil on my toothbrush after brushing each time, and then brushing a little more. The purpose of this, he said, is to reduce microbes in the oral cavity that can lead to problems down the road. I thought that was interesting and so have been doing it for a couple of months now. I noticed two amazing things: First, the yellow at the base of some of my teeth (where gums have receded a bit) goes away as soon as I brush/spread the tea tree oil on them. And second, my breath feels fresher for hours (to steal an old mouthwash line). What a delightful surprise!
